Hanna's Birthday Party!!

Hey y'all!

Hanna, Tori, Victoria, and I (Carrinton) went to Hanna's birthday party. We spent the night Sunday and came home Monday afternoon.

We all had a ton of fun! This post will be about the details and Hanna will do a post of some pictures.

 

Here we go!

 

We did a lot of different things and some really funny as well. We played volleyball, baseball, helped her do chores, watched Duck Dynasty :), Tori organized all of Hanna's mom's C.D.s in alphabetical order, ate a lot, slept, talked, etc....

 

I will start off by talking about food. The cupcakes were camo and they were a.m.a.z.i.n.g.! We all ate quite a few frootie tooties.

 

Lets talk sports. We just split up into teams of two and played volleyball. We tried keeping track, but that was nearly impossible! I know we have quite a few embarrassing pictures of our volleyball games:) Baseball was quite entertaining. One, Hanna stepped on a "cactus" a.k.a. a thistle, with NO shoes on, so she wore ONE sandal over her "hurt" foot. Lets just say this, if you hit the ball you have to cross a gravel driveway to get to first base. I am pretty sure most people had sore feet because we didn't wear shoes, except Hanna's sandal foot. We didn't keep track of the score for baseball either.

 

Now lets talk about the sleeping part. We didn't do much of the sleeping, but the overall story, is quite funny! Here is how the sleeping arrangement started out. Hanna and Tori sharing an air mattress, I am on the floor (I can weirdly sleep anywhere you put me as long as I have my blanket/cape/turtle shell, and Victoria slept on the couch. I think Tori, Hanna, and I fell asleep around 2:30. Victoria, now we have NO clue what time she fell asleep. According to Hanna, Tori pushed her off the mattress;) So Hanna went to her own bed upstairs around 5:30. Around 8:30 we all woke up and Hanna was GONE. We thought she probably went outside to do her chores. Nope, upstairs asleep. We woke her up:) There's the sleeping story.

 

The last "details" I will share with you are the presents. Victoria already gave Hanna hers at their family party (Hanna and Victoria are cousins) but Tori and I still had presents to give! Tori gave Hanna money and a card with a unicorn on it;) hahaha. I gave Hanna a homemade card (check out this post to see a sneak peek at my diy labels) and a Blain's Farm and Fleet gift card.

 

All in all, we all had a great time at Hanna's party! Thank you Hanna!
