So long blog, hello Franklin County Fair!!

So long guys! This week is fair and we will be SUPER busy!! We probably won't post anything, but we have truck-loads of pictures next week! I am really excited for fair! I think I have said that in about 50% of the posts, so I hope you are starting to understand my excitement. In this post I think I am just going to share a recipe for each day this week, but all 5 recipes will be in one post. (I found all of the recipes on Pinterest!!)
 
Monday's Recipe:
Cake Batter Rice Crispy Treats!! I think everyone loves them a rice crispy treats!! But a CAKE BATTER RICE CRISPY TREAT, that sounds like heaven in a bar! The shopping list is below.. With the instructions.
 
Shopping List:
*3 Tbsp. of butter
*1 (10 oz.) bag of mini marshmallows
*1/4 cup of yellow cake mix (the dry mix, not prepared into batter!)
*6 cups crispy rice cereal
*1 (1.75 oz.) container of rainbow sprinkles
 
Instructions:
Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat and add marshmallows. Stir the butter and marshmallows until they begin to melt, adding in (dry) cake mix one spoonful at a time so it is combined. Stir in cereal. Spread into a 13'9 cake pan and add sprinkles on top. Let sit. Then, once it is hard but yet soft, (like a regular crispy treat) you may ENJOY!!

Tuesday's Recipe:

Wednesday's Recipe:
Crock Pot Applesauce. This looks delicious and it's made in a crock pot!! It also is supposed to make your house smell delicious too! Click here if you would like the recipe to the applesauce.
Crock Pot Applesauce... not to mention the house will smell amaaazzzzing!
Thursday's Recipe:
This recipe may be my favorite of all the ones I showed you. I love me a good chicken penne. Every single time we go to Applebee's, I get the Three Cheese Chicken Penne. I LOVE IT! So I was thrilled when I found this recipe. Click here if you would like to try this pasta!!

Friday's Recipe:
I have given you food recipes for the days Mon-Thurs. So I think it's time for me to share a drink. I have an obsession of anything lemonade. Ask Hanna. It's bad! So, this recipe is Turquois Lemonade! Click here if you would like to try this lemonade!

  1. Sorry guys! When you click the HERE button for the fruit cobbler the website didn't show up.. I will try and get the recipe up sometime. Not this week though because of fair;)
