Yay!! You would assume the first day of summer you would spend going to the pool, eating ice cream, running through the sprinkler, tanning, etc..... But, here's the case, today's high temperature in our area is, 68! Ha! There goes my swimming plans(I may go anyway:)) Since the weather isn't fabulous, we thought we would share some things we find fabulous this week.... You will notice we all picked foods!
Hanna's Pick:
Hanna picked out Ring Pops. She claims that is what she had for breakfast this morning. If you have never had a Ring Pop (no offence) there is something wrong. You can basically buy them at any gas station or drug store. Hanna bought 8 yesterday at the baseball game. She was stalking up for summer! They only cost her $.50 each. I probably would have stalked up too, but
I decided not to.
Carrinton's Pick:
I picked out Italian Lemon Ice. I usually buy mine from the Schwan's Man, but I have purchased this kind before too. I bought mine at Hy-Vee. To me, this is a perfect summer snack
Tori's Pick:
Tori picked out Jif Peanut Butter. These are two different ways you can buy their peanut butter. Tori buys the big container and the to-go snacks. She told me that she eats the peanut butter with a spoon out of the big container, and almost every day she comes to school with a to-go cup of peanut butter. She usually eats it plain, but she has dipped pretzels in it and said that was good too! I guarantee you, they sell this at every grocery store!
