Cookie Recipe

Today I'm going to post a recipe on these chocolate chip cookies that are fun and easy to make that I came across a while back.
2 sticks COLD Hy-Vee margarine
3\4 c. white sugar
3\4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. very hot water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Mix margarine and sugars until almost completely blended. Add eggs and slightly blend. Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and salt. Add flour and chocolate chips at the same time and mix VERY LITTLE! Drop onto cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 11 minutes. Enjoy!!!
